Reformer and tower classes in Poole, kept small and capped at 6, plus the live online matwork classes joined over video. Times shown in UK time (Europe/London). Pick a day, choose a class and book in a couple of taps. Studio booking closes 12 hours before a class starts, live online 2 hours before.

Memberships from £88 a month. Bronze, Silver and Gold, with a 3 month minimum then cancel anytime. Gold includes unlimited live online classes as well.
