Unlimited Live Online
Unlimited live online matwork classes, minimum 3 a week, taught in real time and never recorded. For people with previous Pilates experience. Gold members have these classes included, so this membership is for everyone else.
Covers online classes only. Payable in advance on the 1st of each month, with the rest of this month charged when you join · rolling monthly, no minimum term, cancel anytime · book up to 28 days ahead, closing 2 hours before a class starts.

Up to 6 people, at a time that suits you. One booking covers the whole group.
How credits work
A credit is simply 1 class. Single and Discovery passes come with credits you can spend on any class type, whenever suits you. Memberships give you a fresh allowance of credits every month: 4 with Bronze, 8 with Silver, and unlimited with Gold. Booking a class uses 1 credit, and cancelling more than 12 hours before gives it straight back. Your monthly allowance refreshes on your renewal date; unused membership credits don’t carry over to the next month. Bronze and Silver cover studio classes only, and the Unlimited Live Online membership covers live online classes only, so on those plans the two are bought separately. Gold is the exception: it includes unlimited live online classes as well as unlimited studio classes.
Questions
- Is there a contract?
- Studio memberships have a 3 month minimum, then you can cancel anytime. The Unlimited Live Online membership has no minimum term at all. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current month.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancel a class more than 12 hours before it starts to return your credit. You can still cancel inside 12 hours from your account — please do, so your teacher knows and someone on the waitlist can take the space — but the credit is used.
- Can I manage my membership?
- Yes. Update your card, see invoices and cancel from your account: after the 3 month minimum on a studio membership, and whenever you like on the live online one.
