Live online · never recorded
Live matwork, wherever you are
Enjoy the benefits of Pilates from anywhere: home, work or travelling. Every session is taught in real time by our specialist instructors, so you are seen and corrected as you move. Classes are delivered live only and are not recorded for replay.
How it works
Four steps to your first class
01
Join the membership
£99 a month for unlimited scheduled live online classes, with a guaranteed minimum of 3 a week. Join mid month and you pay for the rest of that month, then £99 on the 1st.
02
Complete your health questionnaire
A short form before your first class, kept up to date as things change. It keeps you training safely at home.
03
Book on the timetable
Pick your classes up to 28 days ahead. Times show in your own timezone, and booking closes 2 hours before the start so your instructor has a settled roster.
04
Tap join and follow along
Joining opens 15 minutes before the start from your account. You wait a moment while your instructor lets you in, then mat down, camera on.

The live timetable
Next 7 days
The next week of live online classes is being scheduled now. Check back shortly, or join the membership and book from the timetable as classes are added.
Join the membershipWe aim to provide a varied timetable of live online classes through the week, and we guarantee a minimum of three a week, except where circumstances arise that are outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, technical failures, illness or other force majeure events.
Classes may vary from week to week depending on instructor availability, holidays or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to amend the timetable, the instructors and the class times where necessary, and we will always endeavour to give as much notice as possible.
Suitability
Who these classes are for

- Have a regular Pilates practice, or are looking to build one
- Are a trainee Pilates instructor looking to learn and build repertoire
- Want to learn to use small equipment in their Pilates practice
- Are able to exercise safely and independently while following verbal instruction

- Have any medical contraindications to exercise
- Are pregnant or postnatal, without prior approval of the studio

Health and safety
Screened, honest, at your own pace
All participants must complete a health questionnaire before attending their first class. It is your responsibility to make sure the information you give is accurate and up to date, and to tell us of any changes to your health that may affect your ability to take part safely.
If you have any concerns about your health, or are unsure whether these classes are suitable for you, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before booking. We would always rather you asked.
By attending a live online class you acknowledge that you are exercising at your own risk, and accept responsibility for making sure your exercise space is safe, free from hazards and suitable for taking part.
By booking a class you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions, and that all the information on your health questionnaire is true and complete.

The timetable, the instructors and class times may change from time to time. We give as much notice as we can.
Some classes work with small equipment. Nothing is required to start beyond a mat, and your instructor tells you in advance when a prop is worth having.
Why live
A class, not a video library

Everyone else points a webcam at a class or sells you a library of recordings. These are true live taught classes: your instructor sees you, names you, corrects you and paces the room in real time.
That is why nothing is recorded. A recording cannot watch your alignment, slow down when the room needs it or push you on a day you are strong. Real time correction and instruction from specialist instructors is the whole product.
It is also why only the instructor sees your video. You get watched by a professional, not by the rest of the class.
Questions
Before you ask
What do I need to take part?
A mat, a clear space big enough to move freely and a device with a camera. A phone propped on the floor works well. Small equipment is sometimes used and your instructor will tell you in advance.
Can other people in the class see me?
No. Only the instructor sees your video, so they can watch your form and correct you. Other participants never see or hear you.
What happens if I miss a class?
Classes are live only and never recorded, so a missed class cannot be replayed. Your membership is unlimited though, so simply book the next one that suits you.
I am not in the UK. What time are classes for me?
Classes are taught from Poole in UK time, and the timetable on this page shows every class in your own local time automatically.
How do the payments work?
The membership is £99 a month, payable in advance on the 1st of each month. Join part way through a month and you pay for the rest of that month only, then £99 on the 1st from there on.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account. The membership is rolling monthly with no minimum term, and it runs to the end of the month you have paid for. If you cancel and restart later, any discounted price is lost and the price current at that time applies.
How late can I book, and how do I get in?
Booking closes 2 hours before a class starts, so your instructor has a settled roster before setting the room up. Joining opens 15 minutes before the start, and you wait a moment while your instructor lets you in.
I am a Gold studio member. Do I pay for this as well?
No. Gold includes unlimited live online classes at no extra charge. Bronze and Silver cover studio classes only, so everyone else joins the Unlimited Live Online membership for the online timetable.
