Parkstone Pilates is a purpose built studio at Ashley Cross, on the Poole side of Westbourne and a short run from central Bournemouth. Reformer classes are capped at six and every class is taught by a fully qualified Pilates teacher, so you get corrections you can feel rather than a place in a crowded room.

The Discovery Pass is £30 and is built for a first visit, so you can try the studio properly before committing to a membership. Single classes are £25, and memberships run from four classes a month up to unlimited.
